Tasting Notes

A vivid straw yellow colour with ochre nuances, featuring fine bubbles. On the nose we

find a balance between this varietal’s own notes, like litchi and tropical fruits, accompanied

by ageing notes such as pastry and lightly toasted notes. The palate is delicate and

makes a perfect balance between structure and acidity. This wine features small bubbles

providing a mousse mouth-feel.
