Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with green shades. On the nose, hints of toast and French oak roast. Upon oxygenation,

mint and citrus notes arise, combined with cinnamon and white fruit. Full and tasty in

the mouth: pear and melon meet in our palate combined with light toast notes. Great structure,

acidity and balance make this an appetising wine, but above all, a wine with personality.
