Cherry red and bright in colour with hues of ochre.

Very prominent aromas of ripe blackberrys and spice, complex and

perfectly balanced. A bouquet of harmony and singularity.

An avant-garde and innovative wine. The palate is dominated by its

structure, its unctuosity and complexity. Rounded and velvety with

elegant tannins that lead to a long finish.

Consumption temperature between 16 and 18ºC.

Suitable for stews, red meats, iberian sausages and cured cheeses.
