The palate is smooth and balanced, with a finale that runs between those black fruits, with powerful tannins expressing a deep minerality and leaving a pleasant but intense aftertaste. Toda una serie de viticultores se reunieron para compartir esfuerzos y sacar adelante su cultivo de viña, LACASMI fue la primera bodega comarcal de la isla de Tenerife. LACASMI pertenece a la Denominación de Origen Abona y elabora principalmente vinos blancos afrutados y secos, además de vinos tintos. Dentro de su elaboración también comprende vinos ecológicos blancos y tintos, ya que la mayor parte de la uva que recibe la bodega pertenece a fincas situadas en el municipio de Vilaflor de Chasna a más de 1250 msnm. Se trata de una bodega perfectamente adaptada a las nuevas tendencias enológicas, que garantiza las mejores características organolépticas de sus vinos y además en las correctas condiciones higiénico-sanitarias. Actualmente se encuentra certificada con la acreditación ISO 22000, que especifica los requisitos que debe cumplir un sistema de gestión para asegurar la inocuidad de los alimentos. |
