The Alvi’s Drift Signature Shiraz has an

attractive intense black cherry colour.

Showing a subtle blend of aromas such as

white pepper, mulberries, cloves and a hint

of vanilla. The oak, fruit, and tannins are

beautifully integrated and balanced, giving

the wine an elegance rarely found in

New World wines.

Alvi's Drift Wines

Albertus Viljoen van der Merwe, Alvi to his friends,

established a property South of Worcester in

1928 and his son, Berti to his friends, started

producing wine. Today the wines are being made

by his grandchildren, the property has grown from

humble beginnings to the world-renowned Alvi’s Drift

wine farm it is today.
