Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron

Deep purplish red with tile coloured edge. Clean nose of medium intensity with black candied fruit notes, raisins, carob and black olives. Fresh, tasty, with marked plum jam and dried fruit (fig) feeling. Pleasant ending with a certain acidity to balance its sweetness.
