Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron Vinyes Binitord de Menorca elaborates this vermouth in a totally artisanal way, based on red grapes from our vineyards and vinified on the property, where it has been allowed to age in French and American oak barrels and has been cold macerated with plants, spices and natural aromatic herbs. The result is a mahogany vermouth with ambariños reflections. On the nose stand out the aromas of the herbs of Menorca such as chamomile, rosemary, fennel ... In the mouth are balanced sweetness and bitter sensations typical of vermouth, which makes it ideal to take as an appetizer with olives, seafood , sausages and of course with the typical "mescladets". |
