Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron Made with Grenache grapes, it shows a salmon color with bubble gum hues. It has an intense and pleasant aroma, reminiscent of fruits and flowers with vivid memories of clouds and marshmallows. Hints of red fruits and strawberry candy. It has a flavor outburst of strawberry, red-currant and passion fruit. It leaves a long lasting mouth feel with the right balance of acidity and soft sweetness. The balance between the sweetness and the acidity at the end invite us to continue enjoying this wine. Nube is a distinctive wine. Its fermentation is stopped to keep part of the grapeâs sugars. It is a fruit-driven wine, with a soft, silky-like sensation but, also, fresh and light. It is ideal to enjoy with meals or by itself, to pamper oneself or on a whim with good company⦠|
