A fine, oak fermented, creamy textured Sauvignon Blanc handcrafted in tiny quantities by Trophy winning winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua. It combines the bright freshness of a modern Bordeaux white with a rich cream layer, thanks to meticulous winemaking. Pale green gold in colour, with aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruit and a hint of spice. Creamy rounded spice shot through by intense lemony fruit on the palate. Drink by end 2020.
