Bright yellow pale colour with green glints.

High aromatic intensity where floral aromas combined with the fruity notes of green apple, peach and pear.

On the palate has a sweety entrance, resulting fresh and ligero. Agreable to taste in a summer terrace.

Suitable as a wine aperitif and light starters. It matches perfectly with oyster or white fish. It is also recommended with all kind of pasta.
