Bright straw yellow. Abundant small bubbles, vertical and regular release, forming a good crown. Subtle and complex aromas from aging on lees. Dry, flavoursome and elegant on the palate thanks to a well attained harmony. Good persistence and extensive finish with well harmonized fruit tones.
