Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron

SIGHT: Red fruits colour, medium depth. Bright and lots of tears.

NOSE: Ripe red fruit (red cranberry), marked toasted and spices, due to its long ageing in new barrel.

MOUTH: Fresh, glyceric, mineral, round, citrus touch (orange and plum skin) in the aftertaste, alcohol barely noted. Very long at the end, complex and, because of its fruitness, it will have a very positive evolution in bottle.
