Unlike some distillers who purchase or bottle pre-made spirits, IRADIER Y BULFY make its spirits from scratch, from basque barley, and using only the "heart" cut of the distillate for a perfect taste.
Grain to bottle means that we mill , mash, ferment, distill and bottle our spirits in the distillery.
