Tasting notes: Suprising colour, dark garnet, very deep.In nose, we appreciate its big aromatic diversity. Very intense, dominating the red fresh fruit (cherry, plum, blackberry, cranberry), melted with the toasted, spice and sweet notes of the wood. We also fin dry fruits, with a back of cocoa and balsamic tones. Great power and concentration on the palate. It is fresh, fragrant, appearing at once fleshy and softly tannic. Its finish is long, complex and smooth and we recover the toasty, chocolate, strawberry red, the elegance of the mineral. Food matches: Delicious with red meat, grills and roasts, game, mature and blue cheeses.
