Variety: 100% Tempranillo.Aging: Aging for 14 months in American and French oak barrels, sobsequent refinement in the bottle for 10 months.
Colour: Medium intensity garnet red.
Nose: Expressive and well defined aromas, the ripe fresh fruit touches and the fine well integrated wood are well balanced.
Taste: It has a soft entrance in the mouth and an end that reminescent of sweet spices (cinnamon, clove); pleasant tannins, vey rounded in the mouth and with a great balance between wood and fruit.
Goes well with: Stews, vegetables, roasts, game, grilled meat and cod. Smoked and aromatic cheeses.
