Further characteristics include hints of smoke, spices, together with nuances of minerals and tobacco.Smooth mouth feel, showing volume and sweet polished tannins. Its finish is perfumed, persistent and elegant, with final notes of coffee with chocolate. Ageing in barrel: 24 months Food matches: Delicious with roast meats, game, cured or blue cheese. Serve at: 16-18ºC
