IT IS THE FIRST LEMON WINE OF THE WORLD.Sight: It is a wine with a silky appearance and texture, with a yellowish color and greenish highlights.
Smell: It is very aromatic and persistent. Its first impression is an emphasis of its fresh citrus background, a delicate and elegant lemon that recalls orange blossom. Next come its slightly herbaceous notes, emblematic of the Verna lemon. Finally, these make way for floral notes of jasmine, typical of moscatel from AlejandrÃa.
Taste: In the mouth, it is silky and slightly sweet without making one sick. It possesses a very high acidity that gives a lot of freshness without annulling the sweetness. The back of the nose, the lemon and the floral aromas from orange blossom return and the final touch of bitterness gives the wine an additional shade in its persistent and varied profile.
Accompaniment: Ideal for pâtés, canned vegetables and olives, cheeses and sweets not very sweet.
