Blanc de Roure takes its name from the oak

barrels we use to age the wine. In the 1990s

we began using the barrels to give a subtle

oak flavor to our white wines. We use the same

blend as for the Blanc de Serè, but three

months fo oak-barrel ageing add complexity

to this fresh, supple wine.

Tasting notes

Vintage and fruit-bearing aromas (pineapple,

apple) with good wood well integrated. This

wine is fresh, wide and balanced in mouth.

It has a long and persistent post taste, with

jousts shades of wood and acidity.
