Grape: TempranilloTasting notes: Red cherry color, vibrant, bright and deep. Complex nose with ripe red fruit aromas and toasted and spices notes. Smooth mouth feel, with a great balance and structure, and a very long pleasant finish. Ageing in oak: 24months Food matches: Delicious with red meat, grills and roasts, game, mature and blue cheeses. Serve at: 16-17ºC
