Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron

Tasting notes:

COLOUR: Bright, pale-straw yellow.

AROMAS: Fresh and fruity, honey from rosemary and acacia blossom. They become more intense as the wine opens up in the glass, with a perfume of grapefruit marmalade and reminders of mandarin and grapefruit peel.

MOUTH: Pleasant, subtle attack, fresh and mouth-filling entry. As it passes through your mouth it is soft, smooth and glyceric. The aftertaste is long and nicely balanced by the roundness and the reminders of citrus fruits.

Bottled at the end of February 2015, it needs a few months in the bottle to develop greater complexity.
