This outstanding vintage of Shiraz displays lifted fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries and warm savoury spice on the nose. The palate intensifies with enticing flavours of dark plum, earthy beetroot and hints of cinnamon and curry leaf derived from oak maturation. A medium to full bodied wine with firm, silky rich tannins that finishes with a long and luxurious length. An outstanding accompaniment to beef with black bean sauce or truffle pasta as a vegetarian option.
