Fermentation:carbonic maceration using the whole grape.CHerry red color, médium layer with cardinal red nuances. Clean and shiny. Fruit and floral on the nose. Kind in-mouth experience. Aromas of mature red fruit , Dairy and flower flavors. Expressive tannin, quite persistent finish and a slight bitterness, tupical of carbonic maceration wines.
