Depadre 2012 GarnachaVarietal Composition: Garnacha tinta Alcohol volume:14.5% Total acidity: 6.10 g/l Volatile acidity: 0.68 g/l Sugar content: 0.55 g/l Vineryard location: Grenache vineyards planted 2m x 2m. soil with more than 50 cm of boulder at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level. This is a dry, arid and very little fertile area. In this sterile area wineries producing less than 3500 kg per hectare of grapes of exceptional quality. Wine making process: Malolactic fermentation in oak barrel of 225 litre and 18 months of aging in barrel, American and French.
