Tasting notes: Pale yellow with glimmers of green. Surprising nose with nice ripe fruit: apple, pear, with a hint of banana and refreshing citric tones. White flowers: sweet, soft scents, in perfect consonance with the gentle aging. Refreshing, perfumed on the middle palate, nice medium weight and long aftertaste.Food matches: Wonderful as an aperitif. Also perfect for classic combinations, such as grilled white fish and seafood, as well as vegetable dishes, fish with sauces, and white meats.
