GRAPE VARIETY : Macabeo and Parellada
APPEARANCE : Straw yellow with hints of green colour, abundant release of
carbonic acid with fine and persistent bubbles, slow in their
evolution.
SMELL : Clean and frank ; standig out are fine green apple fragances with a
base of citrus and dried fruits.
TASTE : Fine and elegant with the carbonic acid perfectly blended. It is fresh
and light with excellent harmony between acidity and sugar and
evident notes of good aging. Long and complex aftertaste.
