Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

EYE: Transparency, light and beautiful viscosity.

NOSE: A nice attack of fresh sugar cane and tropical

fruits. Aromatic finish delicate, light, mineral and long.

MOUTH: Spices: pepper, chilli, mace. Citrus notes. The

palate is bold, powerful, clearly mineral and spicy. The

setting in amphorae has preserved the primary notes and

reinforced the mineral frame already present. Beautiful

overall suavity. The touch is reminiscent of amphora and

its minerality on a texturing grain. A personality well

marked by iodized aromas and power.
