GRAPE:

Godello 100% D.O.:Bierzo

AGEING: 5 months ageing on fine lees in inox tank.

VISUAL PHASE: Straw yellow colour, of medium intensity, bright and

clean.

When the glass is moved, greenish reflections and light golden

tints appear.

NOSE: Medium to high intensity, showing the wide range of fruit of

this varietal, with white fruit, citrus notes, white flowers and light

tropical notes.

TASTING PHASE: Very fresh attack, giving way to lots of fruit, with a

very good management of acidity that allows it to leave a vibrant palate and a very good persistence. Unctuous without taking away the liveliness of youth, tasty, very round, a slight bitter finish very rich.
