Drinking is an explosion of flavors, notes of cherry and blackcurrant and aromas of pepper, wood and spices. It has a perfect and well integrated acidity level, soft tannins that give it its complexity. It is a wine with a lot of personality and with potential for aging. This is a full-bodied, elegant and subtle wine.
