Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Beautiful cherry red color with purple reflections, very clean and clear.

In nose emphasizes its base of tempranillo and Syrah wines, wrapped by scents of orange, lemon and a reminder of black fruits, with a sweet hint of cinnamon.

In the mouth it presents a small bubble with good wine base, very tasty, wrapped up by the citrus aromas with very good acidity and freshness, and a long aftertaste.

Recommended for appetizer and all sorts of light dishes such as pasta, rice, white meats, chicken and vegetables.

Also suitable for chocolate and yogurt-based dessert.
