Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

This red wine is derived from selected cencibel grapes (Tempranillo) made by a large maceration-homogenization process of grapes, only posible to obtain in the rotary horizontal maceration machines which turn out this excelente wine with a deep ruby red color and blue tones. The wine has aromes that remind one of a strawberry, raspberry, plum, and mulberry. It is well structured and the taste is ample.
