This wine aged 38 months in various-size French oak barrels (Allier). It was bottled and then matured in bottles for nine months. This red wine has a color between ruby and garnet, and a bouquet rich with notes of licorice and red berries and hints of violets and spices. Full-bodied, complex structure, with a refined saline taste and velvety tannins. This wine is exceptionally long-lasting and if stored appropriately, it will preserve all its characteristics for over 12 years after bottling. Excellent with red meat, game and aged cheeses.
