Colour: The wine is straw yellow with

green glints. Clear and bright.

Aroma: A strong bouquet, with notes of

mown hay and fennel. Balsamic nuances

can be appreciated, such as mint leaves

and aniseed. Citric and fruit aromas can

be detected, such as lime, green apple,

banana and pineapple.

Taste: It is intense and smooth in the

mouth and has a good level of acidity.

It is a balanced, fresh and fl avoursome

wine achieving an ideal balance

between the fruit notes, its fresh acidity

and its characteristic bitter touch.

Citric notes and orchard fruits are found

in the aftertaste. Persistent.
