attesting to its youth and freshness.

Aroma: Red fruit notes: such as

the blackberry and cherry. In the

background there is a certain

reminiscence of a creamy yoghurt,

refl ecting a proper malolactic

fermentation.

Taste: Smooth flavour. Initially fruity

and sweet, the concentration of its

elements stands out.
