Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Valtravieso Roble is the wineries young wine, the most

light-hearted and youthful, although it never loses its serious

and ripe edge. The message is clear: fruit, fruit and more

fruit. Although it is accompanied by a perfect dose of wood

to round it out and give it a boost of complexity. It feels

comfortable over chats, it is a great drinking partner, and is

perfect and behaves like an adult at the table. The nose is

direct, full of red forest fruits, both ripe and fresh, with

surprising and pleasant floral violet notes.

The dairy sensation, of red fruit yoghurt, intoxicates us along

with some hints of marmalades, all accompanied by touches

of wood, adding light notes of spices like vanilla and white

pepper.

In the mouth it is very charming, easy and unpretentious, but

with a fabulous texture. With a melted and nice tannin, the

right body and good aftertaste. Fruit is once again the

protagonist in retro-olfaction, accompanied by fine spices

and carried by fantastic acidity, the unifying factor of the

Valtravieso brand.

A young and bold wine, casual yet serious, a well construed

oak with a great price-pleasure ratio.
