Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
The colours of the wine is cherry plum, very bright and purplish. The layer is very high and very deep. The wine in nose is very wide, from blackberries, cocoa and herbs, some minerality, giving warmth and a spicy point. In mouth the entry is dense, stout and mantains a good freshness. It has a long and warm post taste, maintaining the typical characterisics of the area.
