Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
It is made from 100% fresh grapes and distilled in single nano-copper alembic (first global use of its kind in the Raki production) specifically dedicated to the making of this EFE Tek Imbik, under the supervision of our master distiller. Aniseed that was used in the second distillation process was 99% purified. It has a very fresh and fruity taste and it has a smooth and complex texture.
