Vino tinto de las variedades 50 % Syrah y 50 % Tempranillo. De color rojo cereza intenso, limpio y brillante. En nariz muestra una fruta muy viva y expresiva. En boca es redondo, sabroso, potente y persistente. Servir a 12 ? 16 ºC. Es bueno para acompañar con asados de ternera y vegetales. También con carnes rojas de cualquier tipo cocinadas a la brasa y aromatizadas con hierbas y especias.
