Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Organoleptic characteristics: cherry red color with ruby border of medium layer, clean and shiny. In the nose, it has a high intensity where the balsamic aromas (almonds, vanilla, mint chocolate) and spices (black pepper, clove, cinnamon) stand out on subtle notes of black fruit in jam. In the mouth it has a pleasant structure, balanced acidity and delicate and enveloping tannins. Round and elegant finish. 43% Tempranillo, 44% Merlot and13% Syrah.
