Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
A wine with a style all its own. Colour well covered, deep, with a red edge and intense bigarreau cherry bottom. Aromas of mature dark fruits, notably the black plum. Some mineral hints, liquorice. Voluminous in and through the mouth, silky textured, with very fine tannins. Black fruit, plum, chocolate. Elegant, full, very long, persistent and fresh.Combination: Ideal with all types of game meats, stews, field mushrooms and semi-cured cheeses. Serve at: 14-16 ºC Alcohol (%): 13 Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah Crop: 2009 (12 months in oak)
