This Sauvignon blanc with a touch of Chenin blanc and Nouvelle is a lively wine with tropical fruit, pineapple and guavas and finishes with gooseberries and cut grass crispness. A full, slightly more complex wine to be enjoyed at sundown or with chicken, fish or pasta.
