citrine color with hints of green, tropical aroma of pineapple, mango and lychee, vanilla, light, medium body, soft, round, fresh, with some persistence and aftertaste.Perfect with soft cheese, fois gras, roasted fish and salmon, makes also a good pairing with some desserts such as apple pie and fruit tarts. Best drunk at 10ºC.
