It exhibits a citric colour, with small delicate bubbles.It presents a complex ?bouquet? of orange flower, mint, green pear and light minerality. It is a sparkling wine with a creamy ?mousse? that gives a good volume on the mouth. It is fresh, balanced, and with a persistent ending. It should be served at 8ºC. Excellent with a meal or without food. It matches very well seafood, grilled fish, grilled meat and delicate cheeses.
