Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

With an open straw color, this wine presents an intense bouquet of tropical fruits of pineapple and banana with an excellent structure influenced by barrel aging. Very elegant and balanced wine, with a freshness and a persistent flavor.

Perfect with fish, it goes well also with seafood, white meats and pasta.

Best drunk at 10ºC.
