APPEARANCE:
Terrània is a caramel-coloured ratafia with slight greenish shades.
With a medium intensity, it has got slow but constant tears.
NOSE-FEEL:
It is really intense, with Mediterranean and spring reminiscences at the beginning. It has got a very fresh entry with balsamic and freshly-cut grass details which are considerably significant. Those, together with the liquorice smell, make us feel its sweetness.
After its bouquet is released a little bit, we are surprised by its important notes of ripe red and forest fruits, like raspberries and redcurrant.
MOUTH-FEEL:
It is a warm and voluminous entry, an inviting feeling. It fills the mouth leaving a long, fine and light taste. Its feeling is similar to the nose: fruity, balsamic and with a citric touch.
Alcohol is well-integrated, it has got an elegant pace and it is pleasantly warm to the throat.
The aftertaste reminds us of the green walnut, emphasizing the essence of this Mediterranean ratafia.
