Perfectly ripe from low-yield, vineyards give full expression to the Chardonnay and Chasan fruit. The wine is elegant with good deal of character and complex aromas of melon and vanilla.Very full on the palate the combination between the Chardonnay and the Viognier gives a wine very elegant, soft and excellent to taste as appetizer and with seafood, white meat or blue cheese.
