Tasting notes: An extremely vibrant and attractive cherry red colour. A deliciously fruity nose, cherry, plum, a light touch of strawberry. The spices that the wood provides appear later: clove, pepper, a touch of vanilla, cocoa. The wine is smooth and especially long-tasting in the mouth.

Food matches: Delicious with red meat, chicken, pasta and rice dishes.
