Red wine matured 15 months in barrels and 20 in bottlePreparation: Barrel aged wine. Grapes selected from 100 year old bobal vines, grown on predominantly limy stony conditions which are very suitable for obtaining quality wines. Pruned to produce a low yield, 1 kg. per vine, result is an accumulation of the aromatic and polyphenol concentrate. Aged for over a year in new american and six months in french oak.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Cherry red high layer with purple trim, clean and bright, very rich, good adhesion.
Aroma: a still glass highlight the fruity aromas with strawberry, reminds a ripe plum and currant intense, with more vanilla softness appears. Shaking the cup powerfully highlights the aromas of currant and toasty stawberries mixed with incense and licorice own good French oak, integrating perfectly with the wine.
Taste: In mouth it gives an unusual freshness to be a wine for aging, it maintains good acidity, combined with the meatiness of this wine makes an appetizing drink with a soft but persistent, balanced finish with a great personality. The tannin is perfectly stepping in very nice mouth.
