Elegant and bright cherry red colour with a subtle ochre rim.

Very intense nose, showing balsamic characteristics in

harmony with black fruits.

Full and expressive on the palate, rich and rounded tannins

backed up by the sweet ripeness of the fruit. Structured and

with great character.

Consumption temperature between 16 and 18ºC.

Suitable for stews, red meats, iberian sausages and cured

cheeses.
