ENOLOGIST’S NOTES

In order not to disrupt the wine’s balance, it has not been stabilized and may therefore have precipitates. Similarly, we recommend decanting and opening the bottle a while before use to allow the wine’s full expression. Optimum serving temperature is 18ºC.

TASTING NOTES (AT THE TIME OF BOTTLING)

VISUAL ASPECTS

Wine with high intensity color, intense ruby red and deep-blue touches. Accentuated tear.

OLFACTORY ASPECTS

High intensity, powerful and penetrating wine. Aroma of small red, sweet and forest fruits, with marked touches of caramel and cocoa. Balsamic and mineral echoes.

TASTE ASPECTS

Wide entry, round and smooth. Good acidity, tenacity and freshness. Powerful and complex. Retroolfaction of fruits, toffee and smoke. Long and persistent. Good evolution for the next 5 years.
