This red wine is made by a large maceration-homogenization process in rotary horizontal fermentartion machines, where it is posible to get a better extraction of the grape substances, such as color, aromas, tannis, giving it structure and complexity to its later aging.After being kept in American oak barrels, this wine reposes for a long time in bottles, maturing in our caves.
