This red wine is made by a large maceration-homogenization process in rotary horizontal fermentartion machines, where it is posible to get a better extraction of the grape substances, such as color, aromas, tannis, giving it structure and complexity to its later aging.
After being kept in American oak barrels, this wine reposes for a long time in bottles, maturing in our caves.
